Reiki and Somatics was designed to help people in a whole person centered approach. I am a very intuitive healer, massage Therapist of 18 years, Reiki master and mental health professional. The whole person centered approach is my passion by helping people treat the root cause of pain to eliminate it permanently or make it much more manageable. When the mind is peaceful and the body is not in pain and the spirit is happy - we function at our best. Treating the root be it emotional / physical/ spiritual they all align together to heal the whole body. Massage therapy releases tension and stuck energy and improves blood flow and oxygen to the areas. Reiki energy work releases the emotions and stress energy we carry daily. Somatic coaching is the processing of the root of emotions, old patterns of behaviors that no longer serve us. All modalities are separate and can be combined as they all integrate.
